If you've purchased a product that includes copy permissions, then you're likely eligible for product redelivery.

Visit our mainstore and use the redelivery terminal to request a redelivery.

 Returns

Since our products are typically sold with copy permissions, we're unable to accept returns.

 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of a duplicate purchase that contains copy & no transfer permissions.

 Encountered a Problem/Bug

If you've encountered a problem with one of our products, please contact our support.

We'll help troubleshoot the issue to determine if it's user error and help you correct the problem. Otherwise, if a problem is the fault of a programming error or other issue, we'll fix it and release an update.
